Nursing graduates from the BSN program can face some hurdles as they try to enter the working world of the RN. Financial concerns about the costs for preparing to take the NCLEX-RN exam (the licensing exam for nurses) are more commonplace than you might imagine.
To help ease the anxiety caused by the need to purchase a web-based program to help students study for the nursing license exam, the School of Nursing faculty and administration would like to raise funds that would go directly to the undergraduate nursing students. The most-liked program to help nursing students pass the licensure exam is UWorld.
The UWorld program costs about $60.00 per student, however most students do not have the funds to pay for the program. Your generosity would go a very long way to finance the purchase of UWorld for some hard-working nursing students. We would like to support up to 50 nursing students every year by purchasing this product for them.
