During this milestone year, we find ourselves reflecting with deep gratitude on the extraordinary journey that has brought us here. The MAM’s centennial celebration is a testament to the enduring commitment to our mission and to the support from our community. MAM is, and always has been, a space where people come together to create and appreciate the arts while on a transformative journey of learning. This vision allows the community to engage with the arts, explore diverse creative expressions and enrich their understanding of the world through artistic experiences.
Over the past century, our exhibitions and programs have engaged children, young adults, artists, scholars, historians and art lovers. They come to the MAM to:
• Explore and create in the Art Lab
• Look and reflect on the creative spirit and output of artists from around the world
• Engage in cultural conversations with artists, filmmakers, scholars, faculty and community members
• Experience and share in the transformative power of the arts
