Math Dept. Game Design Minor

In 2019, Washburn added a game design minor, which is housed in the mathematics and statistics department. A key course for this minor is MA 361 Game Design. Students in this course study existing games to learn strategies. Students also create their own games and have presented them at conventions. Your Day of Giving gift will help provide needed funds to purchase existing games, conference travel to gaming conventions and supplies and tools to create pieces for original games.
