Dept. of Allied Health

Allied health is a broad field of study encompassing diverse health care professions, including clinical laboratory personnel, physical therapy, occupational therapy, dietetic services, medical record personnel, radiologic services, speech-language pathology and audiology and respiratory therapy. Since 1982, the allied health department has offered degree and certificate programs that prepare students for careers in health care.

Your Day of Giving gift can support general programming or scholarships in allied health. You can also directly support programming or scholarships in the following areas:

  • Occupational therapy
  • Physical therapist assistant
  • Radiologic technology
  • Respiratory therapy
