Scholarships for Incoming Freshman

We all know Washburn University is a special place for students - whether it's the one-on-one attention from faculty, hundreds of organizations students can be involved in or the opportunities available for internships in the capital city.

Now more than ever, freshman are choosing universities based on the scholarships they can receive to help them financially as they get through school.

Cynthia Heath, ba '71, has pledged a $25,000 dollar-for-dollar match for the university to increase the scholarship amount given to freshman to incentivize them to pursue a college degree at Washburn.

Your donation today will encourage more people to pursue their dreams by starting on their college education.
