The Washburn University Psychological Services Clinic plays a vital role in providing affordable, evidence-based mental health care to the Washburn, Topeka and surrounding communities. With approximately 75% of our clientele comprising Washburn students, one of our primary services is the assessment of intellectual functioning. The recent release of the Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, Fifth Edition in 2024 has necessitated an update to our assessment tools and training protocols.
