The Physical Therapy Assistant program at Washburn has typically been viewed as having the highest graduation and board pass rates of any PTA program in Kansas.
Washburn’s PTA program is also the only such program in a Kansas four-year institution. A program-specific scholarship fund will help the program be more marketable when compared to other PTA programs at less-expensive community colleges. In addition, due to the program application and admissions process, students are admitted into the program after the deadline of most university and department scholarships. This scholarship fund will allow students the opportunity to apply for the program-specific scholarships and help decrease the financial burden of completing the PTA program.
Donations to this project will support the Physical Therapy Assistant program fund or scholarship fund.
