The Mulvane Art Museum’s centennial celebration was a testament to the enduring commitment to our mission and to the support from our community. The Mulvane Art Museum is, and always has been, a space where people come together to create and appreciate the arts while on a transformative journey of learning. This vision allows the community to engage with the arts, explore diverse creative expressions and enrich their understanding of the world through artistic experiences.
Over the past century, our exhibitions and programs have engaged children, young adults, artists, scholars, historians and art lovers. They come to the art museum to:
• Explore and create in the Art Lab
• Look and reflect on the creative spirit and output of artists from around the world
• Engage in cultural conversations with artists, filmmakers, scholars, faculty and community members
• Experience and share in the transformative power of the arts
