The School of Nursing graduated the first class of BSN students in 1976 and celebrated the momentous occasion with a class composite photo. Since that time, the School of Nursing has carried on this wonderful tradition, taking a composite photo of each graduating class here at Washburn. With time, many of these photos demonstrated a need for repair due to aging. In the past several years, a major restoration project was completed to address the needs of the aging composites and digitize nearly 45 years of nursing student composite photos. Now that the restoration project is nearly complete, it is an honor to share and display such accomplished Washburn nurses.
The Need
Join us as we raise $2,500 to complete the final project and celebrate the return of our nursing composite photos to the School of Nursing for potential, current and past students to enjoy.
